Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout while your child comes along for the ride. In addition to a great workout you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Visalia LUNA Moms Club was voted 2008 LUNA Moms Club of the Year. This is a national recognition and something we take great pride in! Bring baby and a sturdy stroller of course. Be sure to wear comfortable running/walking shoes, a mat or towel for ground exercises (I provide the tube for those who don't have one), plenty of water and don't forget to bring some stroller toys/snacks for baby while you stroll your way to fitness!

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early, class begins at 9am.

Classes will be moved indoors due to adverse weather conditions. Indoor location is Roller Towne. During extreme heat, cold, and/or rain conditions, please check www.strollerstrides.net/visalia after 7:30am on the day of class find out if we will be indoors.
