The holidays are approaching fast! Please note there will be no class November 27th and 28th, December 25th and 31st, or January 1st and 2cnd. Get ready for a New Year's Kick Off Class on January 4th, 2009. This class is sure to light off fireworks in those thighs! Peace, Love, and Motherhood from Joelean and Gracie!!!!

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout while your child comes along for the ride. In addition to a great workout you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Visalia LUNA Moms Club was voted 2008 LUNA Moms Club of the Year. This is a national recognition and something we take great pride in! Stroller Strides of Visalia/Tulare is always looking to provide the most convenient and appropriate class times and locations to its patrons. Only six members are required to form a new class time/location. Call your girlfriends, make a commitment of health to eachother, AND bring Stroller Strides into a park near you! As always, join with friends and share the one time registration fee.

Please plan to arrive at class 10-15 minutes before start time, be sure to wear comfortable running/walking shoes, bring a sturdy stroller, stroller toys/snacks for baby, a mat or towel for ground exercises (we provide the tubing bands for our body toning) and don't forget to pack plenty of water!

Classes will be moved indoors due to adverse weather conditions. Indoor location is Roller Towne. During extreme heat, cold, and/or rain conditions, please check www.strollerstrides.net/visaia after 7:30am on the day of class find out if we will be indoors.
