I have struggled with loosing weight after each birth of my children. Let me tell you this, Stroller Strides works, I lost 25 lbs. Classes will be held in the Visalia Mall. We will be meeting in the food court. Please come 10-15 minutes early for sign in.

Bring baby and a sturdy stroller of course. Be sure to wear comfortable running/walking shoes, a mat or towel for ground exercises (I provide the tube for those who don't have one), plenty of water and don't forget to bring some stroller toys/snacks for baby while you stroll your way to fitness!

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early, class begins at 9am.

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a total body workout while your child comes along for the ride. In addition to a great workout you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events.
