SUMMER HOURS - Starting Monday, June 15th we will be switching to our summer hours and all morning classes will begin at 9am.
ALWAYS call 800-718-7025 if in doubt as to class location or time. A recording is left by 8 am with the day's schedule.

This summer, why not spend time with your children, get to know other moms, and get fit, all at the same time? With our Summer Class Pass, you can attend classes from now until Labor Day. You may attend any of our classes, which are offered Monday through Saturday, at any location. Your first Stroller Strides Class is always FREE, after that, the summer pass is only $115.
FAMILY CLASS EVERY SATURDAY
Dads and other family members are encouraged to join us for class any day of the week and especially on Saturdays! Make fitness and healthy living a family affair with Stroller Strides family classes.

Your first class is FREE! See what the excitement is all about!! Stroller Strides welcomes caregivers and children from 6 weeks to any age.
WAYS TO SAVE!
When two friends purchase memberships together, each receives $10 off the registration fee. When three or more friends become members together, each receives $20 off the registration fee.
Already a member?
When you refer a new member, you receive $10 off your next months dues. If you refer two new members in the same month, you receive $25 off. If you refer three or more new members in the same month, you receive a FREE MONTH of classes!!
Have a Ten-Block or Bi-Class Pass instead of a membership?
Each time someone you refer purchases a Stroller Strides class package (Ten-Block or membership), you receive a free class pass!
