On September 29, 2003, we held our first Virginia Beach Stroller Strides class at Mount Trashmore. Come out and help us celebrate another fabulous year of Helping Moms make Strides in Fitness, Motherhood and Life! Our birthday celebration class will be held on September 29th at Mount Trashmore, please plan to arrive at 9:30 class will begin promptly at 9:45. We will have a TON of fabulous items to raffle off after class and the first 50 moms will receive a goody bag to take home!

FAMILY CLASS EVERY SATURDAY
Dads and other family members are encouraged to join us for class any day of the week and especially on Saturdays! Make fitness and healthy living a family affair with Stroller Strides family classes.

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head-to-toe total body workout while your child comes along for the ride. This is a great program for any level of exerciser. In addition to a great workout, you will meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers Luna Moms Playgroup weekly (at no additional cost), moms night out activities and special community events. Don't put it off any longer... come join all the Stroller Strides fun!

Remember to call 1-800-718-7025 in case of bad weather. A message with any changes to classes will be posted at 8am the morning of class and 4pm for our afternoon class. We offer back up indoor locations for all weekday morning classes. There are no back up locations for the afternoon class or Saturday's family class. * If the feels like temperature is 90 degrees withing the first 45 minutes of class class will be moved indoors.
