Our Summer Class Pass is back!

This summer, why not spend time with your children,
get to know other moms, and get fit, all at the same time?

With our Summer Class Pass, you can attend classes from Memorial Day to Labor Day. You may attend any of our classes, which are offered Monday through Saturday, at any of our locations. Your first Stroller Strides Class is always FREE, after that, the summer pass is only $149. Purchase your pass online before Labor Day and save $10, just select the more information link next to any class and scroll down to see our packages.

FAMILY CLASS EVERY SATURDAY
Dads and other family members are encouraged to join us for class any day of the week and especially on Saturdays! Make fitness and healthy living a family affair with Stroller Strides family classes.

What is Special About Our Program...

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head-to-toe total body workout while your child comes along for the ride. This is a great program for any level of exerciser. In addition to a great workout, you will meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers Luna Moms Playgroup weekly (at no additional cost), moms night out activities and special community events. Don't put it off any longer... come join all the Stroller Strides fun!

WEATHER ALERT

Remember to call 1-800-718-7025 in case of bad weather. A message with any changes to classes will be posted at 8am the morning of class. We offer back up indoor locations for all classes. * If the feels like temperature is 90 degrees or below 42 degrees withing the first 45 minutes of class class will be moved indoors.

Get Fit with a Friend

Receive $10 off any class pass when you refer a friend and she signs up for Stroller Strides classes! PLUS, she will receive $10 off as well. Its a great way for both of you to save!!
