Great Neck park is located on Shorehaven Dr off of Great Neck Rd, just past Cox High School. We meet near the playground to the right of the park entrance 15 minutes before class begins. Please call 800-718-7025 to hear if any changes have been made to our schedule due to poor weather conditions.

Membership - $55/Month

The membership offers unlimited classes in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake-Greenbrier Area ($2.50/class). One time registration fee of $75. Register after your first free class and the registration is only $35! The registration fee include a member bag with a set of resistance tubes and other goodies. You can pay the registration fee online and your monthly dues will be pro-rated from the day you start or register at class with an instructor.

Bi-Class Pass - $156

Two classes a week for three months. ($6.50/class)

Ten-Block Pass - $90

Ten class passes good for six months. ($9/class)

Single Class - $12

One class pass ($12/class)

Body Back- 6 week session

This is a separate program from Stroller Strides. It is an 6-week results based workout program for moms of any age. Inspired by the Mama Wants Her Body Back video series, it offers high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, coaching and support so that you will see weight loss, increased strength and energy.
