Welcome to Stroller Strides Tysons Corner/Vienna

Stroller Strides is the country's largest and fastest growing fitness program for new moms. The stroller workout combines a fitness power walk and body toning intervals where we use exercise tubing, the environment,and your stroller. The first class is always free, so come join us and start your day off right!

Membership in Stroller Strides includes the ability to attend class, scheduled playdates, and monthly Moms Night Out. Stroller Strides is a great way to get back in to shape, bond with your baby, and meet other moms in your area!

VIENNA LOCATION COMING IN 2012

We are expanding to the wonderful community of Vienna!! More details to follow in March. Stroller Strides-helping moms make strides in Fitness, Motherhood, and Life!

Military Discount

Military Discount for all active duty military families. You will receive 20% off our normal rates. Please show your military ID to one of our instructors to receive this discount. This reduced rate can not be combined with any other discount rates. Thank you for your service.
