You are invited to attend one FREE class at any of our locations in the Tampa area. Classes are being held in Brandon, Riverview, Lithia, Hyde Park Village, New Tampa and Wesley Chapel.
You can come out anytime for your freebie as the classes are ongoing. Bring a mat or towel for abdominal exercises, plenty of water and any baby essentials. We provide the exercise bands for our classes. For attire, please wear appropriate athletic shoes (running or walking ideal) and clothes you can be active and supported in. We look forward to meeting you!
