Thank you for visiting the Stroller Strides of St. Louis website! Stroller Strides of St. Louis is ready to help you exercise more, learn healthier lifestyles, lose weight, tone up, meet new moms, and spend more time with your child(ren). Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms (and dads or other caregivers) that they can do with their babies. Each class consists of a warm up, a power walk, and a variety of body toning exercises. We use exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment to create our gym. Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it is not prone to tipping.

Stroller Strides is much more than a fitness program, however. It is a great way for moms to connect with other moms, to share their ideas, and to get advice. The babies also benefit in many ways, such as having lots of new playmates and learning the importance of fitness. We do educational classes and sing to the babies while we work out. We have weekly playgroups as part of our LUNA Mom's Club and we have monthly Mom's Nights Out, which are both great ways to spend time with other moms!

Your first class is always free, so there is no reason not to come try it out!! We hope that you will join us at class very soon!

In addition to Stroller Strides classes, we host the Luna Mom's Club of St. Louis. We have playgroup activites once a week, monthly Mom's Night Out, and quarterly Mommies with a Mission, which are community outreach projects. We also try to bring in experts in different topics relevant to moms. Luna Mom's Club is free, and everyone is welcome to join.
