Description:

Stroller fitness class for moms with their babies and tots which includes Power Walking and strength and toning using exercise tubing. We meet in the parking lot across from the Aquarium, behind Mystic Kite Shop.

Single Class- $20

One Stroller Strides Class.

10-Block Class Pass-$150

Valid for 6 months. ($15/Class)

Unlimited Class Pass $45 per month

Unlimited classes per month. One time registration fee of $50 Includes exercise tubing. *Best Value - less than $2 a class!*

Teacher Vacation Pass-$225.00

For all teachers, students, and education personnel with valid i.d.- classes for summer vacation, December, February and April Vacation. Payment for the pass can be paid all at once or divided into 3 payments of $75.

Body Back Program

$225 Price includes... before and after assessments, 2 workouts per week, full meal plan and food diary, online group/support and coaching, Mama Wants workout videos and resistant band for at home workouts.

Military Discount

A discount 50% off of the registration fee applies to military with a valid military I. D.
