Kick off your 2012 fitness resolution with Stroller Strides! To help you reach your goal, we've lowered our registration fees to $20.12 for the month of January 2012! Contact raisa@strollerstrides.net for more info or register online and just come to any Santa Monica class.

First Class is FREE

Your first class is always FREE!

Bring water and a towel or blanket for ab work, and get ready to have fun, make friends and get in shape for the best job you will ever have, motherhood!

The best way to get fit with your baby and make friends with other moms!

Stroller Strides is the country's largest fitness program for moms with their children, offering an innovative stroller workout combining power walking/jogging and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment, and exercise tubing. Modifications for every level, whether you are pregnant, a beginner or a fitness fanatic, we've got a workout that will work for you.

Babies and kids have fun too! Singing songs, blowing bubbles and reading books are just a few of the ways we have fun while you exercise.

Plum Moms Club is FREE

In addition to great workout classes, Stroller Strides® offers Plum Moms Club with fun playgroup activities and monthly Mom's Night Out.  Plum Moms club is open to all moms, not just Stroller Strides members, so bring your friends!

Look for weekly Bubbles & Music playgroups, special events and fun Moms Nights Out every month.

Rainy Day Policy

If class is canceled or relocated to our rainy day location (level 1 of the Santa Monica Place mall, near the Colorado entrance), a message will be left at 800.863.4592 (#4) one hour before class or you can check our Facebook page for updates. Otherwise an instructor will always be there.
