Mom's Night Out - Tuesday, September 7 at 8:00 pm
Stroller Strides Santa Cruz will be hosting a Mom's Night Out on the first Tuesday of each month. Join us for a time of just hanging out and talking with other moms. Specific information will be posted monthly.

You don't have to be a part of Stroller Strides to come...you just have to want to hang out and have fun with other moms!

What is Stroller Strides?
Stroller Strides is a fitness class for moms. It is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby! Our classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. Classes are one hour in length and include power walking, strength and body toning intervals, and end with 10 minutes of abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently post-partum or pregnant, the only requirement is that you supply a doctor's approval to exercise.


What to Bring to Class
-Sturdy stroller (any stroller will work except for an umbrella stroller, for safety reasons)
-Water bottle and snacks for your child(ren)
-Yoga mat, blanket or towel for abdominal work
-Comfortable athletic shoes and clothes you can layer since temperatures can vary
-Sunscreen for yourself and child(ren)
-Consider
keeping a 'Stroller Strides' bag always packed for your little
one(s)...items such as a favorite snack, a sippy cup, books and a
favorite toy or activity along with any comfort items, such as a
blanket, pacifier, etc. will help ensure an extra-fun and a great
workout

***Please plan to arrive at class 10-15 minutes before start time as we will start right on time and wouldn't want to leave anyone behind!
