Mommy and Me fitness classes

Are you looking to get back into those pre-pregnancy jeans??? Do you want a great workout without having to leave your baby?? Well, Stroller Strides is just what you are looking for! Stroller Strides is the best Mommy and Me, stroller workout around - by far!

We love helping moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life! Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time. The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors (who are also moms). Each class includes a Power Walk with body toning intervals. The classes are an hour long, with the last 10 minutes used for abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age, and promise fun for them too.

Your first class is free! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to starting time. Bring water and a mat or towel for ab exercises. Please call or email to RSVP to your first class. We can't wait to meet you and your baby!

How Do I Sign Up??

Register for your free class by clicking "More Info " in the box of the class you would like to attend. On the top of that page, there will be a box that says "Your First Class is FREE". Click on that and register online!
Once you have enjoyed your first class for free, you can purchase the package that best suits you at class! Take advantage of special discounts by signing up on your first day!
