Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that you can do with your baby and stroller age children. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. All you need is you, your baby and stroller.
We meet at the Helena St. Cul-de-sac, near the back entrance of Sinshimer Park.
And remember, the first class is always FREE!
Bob Jones Cardio Day
Join us every the last Friday of each month for a Free Cardio Day on the Bob Jones Trail! We will be meeting in the parking lot at the trailhead located on Ontario Road at 9:30. The route will take approximately 60 minutes and will be followed by a play group at Avila Barn.
Meet Your Instructors!
Instructor Rachel Moman has over four years experience in personal training. She is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Stroller StridesĀ® Certified Instructor with an emphasis on pre- and post-natal fitness. She completed a one-year program at Mesa College in San Diego and earned a certificate in physical education. Rachel is the proud mother of Benjamin.
