Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their babies and stroller age children. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. All you need is you, your baby and stroller.
Join us Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00 on Helena Street behind Sinsheimer Park.
And remember, the first class is always FREE!
Bob Jones Cardio Day
Join us every 4th Friday for a Free Cardio Day on the Bob Jones Trail! We will be meeting in the parking lot at the trail head located on Ontario Road at 9:30. The route will take approximately 60 minutes and will be followed by a play group at Avila Barn.
Meet Your Instructors!
Instructor Rachel Moman has over four years experience in personal training. She is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Stroller Strides® Certified Instructor with an emphasis on pre- and post-natal fitness. She completed a one-year program at Mesa College in San Diego. Rachel is the proud mother of Benjamin.
Instructor Sarah Root has a B.A. in Psychology and has spent the last three years as a credentialed elementary school teacher. She is a Stroller Strides® Certified Instructor. She has a passion for running and fitness and enjoys competing in events. Sarah is the pround mother of Zeke.
