Personal Training
I am now offering personal training to members and non members. In your home or a desired location I can help you reach your fitness goals. Each session run 60 minutes and is $30 for members and $45 for non members.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that you can do with your baby and stroller age children. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. All you need is you, your baby and stroller.
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday at a new location each time.
And remember, the first class is always FREE!
Meet Your Instructor!
Instructor Rachel Moman has over four years experience in personal training. She is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Stroller StridesĀ® Certified Instructor with an emphasis on pre- and post-natal fitness. She completed a one-year program at Mesa College in San Diego and earned a certificate in physical education. Rachel is the proud mother of Benjamin.
