Fit4Baby offered exclusively through Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute class including cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and fitness levels. Classes will be held at Elite Fitness Spas, 2616 El Camino Real in Carlsbad. Regular classes begin January 3, 2009 and every Saturday after at 10:00 am.

Due to requests from the mommies who attend our 4S Ranch class, starting on January 6th, 2009 the 4S Ranch class on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be starting at 9:30 am instead of 9:00 am. The Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes will continue to meet at their regular time of 9:00 am. We hope to see you at class.

Now is a great time to sign up for membership which allows you to attend unlimited classes in San Diego. For the month of January we are offering to all new members a registration fee of $20.09. That is a savings of $78.91 off of our regular registration fee. You will receive a new member welcome bag which contains exercise tubing and a Stroller Strides shirt plus other goodies from our partners. For returning members, we are offering a zero registration fee and no new member bag. Both of the above specials require a 3 month minimum committment to receive the reduced registration fee. All memberships need to become active during the month of January in order to receive this special rate.

Join us on the third Wednesday of each month for an incredible work-out at Sea World! The Class is free! You must pay admission to the park or purchase an annual pass. Stroller Strides moms receive adult passports at the kids price. This is a $10 savings. Click on the link at the right of this page to find out more information.
We will meet on the hour in front of the main entrance when the park opens. The class will start at 10:15. Come stay after class and visit the play area Bay of Play.

We meet every month on the 1st Thursday of the month at 10:30 am for a Stroller class through Legoland. Please click on the Legoland link below for more information.
For the month of January we will meet on Thursday January 8th instead of the first Thursday that month. We hope to see you then.
