FROM THE NORTH: From Interstate 5 southbound, exit on Rosecrans Street. Head west until you get to Liberty Station (The Von’s / Trader Joe’s shopping center). Turn left on Womble. Continue on Womble until it dead ends into parking lot. We meet on the right side of the parking lot in the grass area. FROM THE SOUTH: From Interstate 5 northbound, take the Pacific Highway exit. Stay to the left, exit Barnett Avenue. Barnett turns into Lytton. Turn left on Truxton. Left on Sims. Right on Hist Decatur and left on Chauncey. Right on Cushing and left on Womble. Continue on Womble until it dead ends into parking lot. We meet on the right side of the parking lot in the grass area. FROM THE EAST: From Interstate 8, exit on Rosecrans Street (also called CA-209). Head west until you get to Liberty Station (The Von’s / Trader Joe’s shopping center). Turn left on Womble. Continue on Womble until it dead ends into parking lot. We meet on the right side of the parking lot in the grass area. FROM DOWNTOWN: Take North Harbor Drive headed west. Pass the airport. Veer right onto Nimitz Drive. Turn right on Laning. Right on Cushing. Right on Womble and continue until it dead ends into parking lot. We meet on the right side of the parking lot in the grass area. BEST VALUE! This package gives you unlimited classes at any of our locations within the San Diego franchise. This is a perfect package for the mom who wants to get into a regular fitness routine. The membership is month to month, dues are on a monthly EFT, must complete cancelation paperwork to terminate membership, and the one-time $99 registration fee applies.

Ten block pass - $110

This package gives you 10 classes which can be used at any time. Expires 6 months from date of purchase.

Tri Class Pass-$199

Up to 3 classes per week for 3 months.

Single Class - $15

Single Class pass

Flex Pass-$250

Pass allows you to attend unlimited classes for 12 weeks during the year. Up to 3 different periods allowed. To purchase pass email customerservice@strollerstrides.com.

Payments and Refund Policy

Please choose your class package wisely. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. Packages are non transferable and must be used within the franchise they were purchased. Packages can be purchased at any of our classes from the instructor. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, checks and cash.
