LUNAFEST FEBRUARY 28th

Come join us at LunaFest, which is a traveling film festival with films made by women, about women and for women. This year we are hosting the party at La Jolla Country Day school. All proceeds go to the Breast Cancer Fund. Click on the link below for more information and to purchase tickets.

Need to Change Your Membership Status?

If you are a current member and would like to cancel or place your membership on hold, you can click on the link below titled membership status change form to complete the status change paperwork.
You need to complete the status change paperwork by at least the 20th day of the month prior to the month you want to change your status.
You can click on the link at the bottom of this page to view the membership policies.

Signing up for Membership

If you are interested in signing up for membership you can sign up for membership at class. Your instructor can answer any questions you have about the membership plan or you can email customerservice@strollerstrides.com.

To find our class prices click on the "more info" button on one of our classes and it will display the pricing information on that page.

Flex Pass

We offer a flex pass that allows you to attend 12 weeks of unlimited classes set up for a maximum of 3 different periods throughout the year. You can view the Flex Pass flyer at the bottom of this page to read about all the details of this pass.

Class Feedback Survey

If you would like to give us feedback on our classes, please click on the Class Suvey link below to take a minute to let us know what you think about our classes. We appreciate your time in doing this so we can continually strive to improve our business.

Moms Club

Stroller Strides offers a free playgroup open to all moms at each of our class locations. Playgroups meet once/week after class. We also offer moms’ nights out and activities for you and your family. You can email juliahensley@strollerstrides.com with any questions.

Rainy Day Plans

Some of our locations offer indoor meeting spots on rainy days. The instructor will post updates on Connect the morning of class. If you are not a member of Connect you can join by going to http://www.strollerstrides.com/connect. Contact your instructor to invite you to join your location's Connect group.

The following locations have an alternate meeting spot for rainy days:

La Costa Resort
Vista
Tierrasanta

ALL OTHER SAN DIEGO STROLLER STRIDES LOCATIONS
Your instructor will ALWAYS show up to teach class at the normal outdoor meeting place (rain, shine, sleet or snow!) At the exact class start time a decision will be made re: whether or not it is safe to hold class. If it is safe, class will run as usual. If not, then class will be canceled on the spot.

2012 Holiday Calendar

We will not hold classes on the following holidays this year:
Independence Day, July 4th
Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd
Day after Thanksgiving, November 23rd (limited class schedule)
Christmas Eve, December 24th
Christmas Day, December 25th
New Years Eve, December 31st

Military Discount

Military Discount for all active military families. You will receive 20% off our normal rates. You need to show your military id to one of our instructors to receive this discount. This reduced rate can not be combined with any other discount rates.

Fit4Baby Prenatal Exercise Program

Fit4Baby is a 60-minute class including cardio, strength, core and flexibility training appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and fitness levels. Classes are held Saturday at 9:00 am. at Stroller Strides Corporate Offices in San Marcos. Click on the ad to the right to view the flyer for this program. Physician’s clearance form required before participating (see link below to print out this form).

Scripps Health Memberships

If you are a Scripps Health employee or spouse of an employee and are interested in signing up for a Stroller Strides membership, please email customerservice@strollerstrides.com for more information.

Sea World Class Third Wednesday of the Month

Join us on the third Wednesday of each month for an incredible work-out at Sea World! The Class is free! You must pay admission to the park or purchase an annual pass. Stroller Strides moms receive a $20 discount for silver annual passports. Use promo code SWCBestDeal2010 to receive this deal. Click on the link at the right of this page to go to the Sea World web site.
We will meet on the hour in front of the main entrance when the park opens. The class will start 15 minutes after the park opens. Come stay after class and visit the play area Bay of Play.

Legoland Model Mom's Class

We meet every month on the 1st Thursday of the month at 10:30 am for a Stroller class through Legoland. Please click on the Legoland link below for more information.
