Our class is located at Shadowridge Park (off Shadowridge Drive on Lupine Hills Drive and Optimist Way). From the 78, exit Sycamore Ave. and head south. Turn right on Shadowridge Drive. Turn left on Lupine Hills Drive. The park will be on your left just past the apartment complex. Just before the park, turn left on Optimist Way (there is a sign for the Optimist Club and Vista Ballfields at the entrance to the park). We meet at the picnic table near the basketball court. Purchase Class Packages

To purchase class packages online, click the Order Now link below which will take you to our MindBody online store. If this is your first time attending our classes, you will need to create an account in MindBody. If you have already attended our classes you should have an account set up in MindBody and will need to log-in to your account to complete the purchase. You can find the membership options available under the Membership Agreement form tab. All other packages can be found under the series and membership tab.

First Class Free

You may attend any of our classes within our San Diego franchise with this pass. Pass is activated upon your first visit. One free pass per client. Qualifies you for the $20 off our $99 registration fee for our unlimited monthly membership if purchased on the same day.

Monthly Membership-$60/month dues

BEST VALUE! This package gives you unlimited classes at any of our locations within the San Diego franchise. This is a perfect package for the mom who wants to get into a regular fitness routine. The membership is month to month, dues are on a monthly EFT, must complete cancelation paperwork to terminate membership, and the one-time $99 registration fee applies.

Ten block pass - $110

This package gives you 10 classes which can be used at any time. Expires 6 months from date of purchase.

Tri Class Pass-$199

Up to 3 classes per week for 3 months.

Single Class - $15

Payments and Refund Policy

Please choose your class package wisely. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. Packages are non transferable and must be used within the franchise they were purchased. Packages can be purchased online or at any of our classes. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, checks and cash.
