Welcome to all of our new and current moms, business partners and friends! We have FOUR wonderful instructors on our team who are amazing women, moms and leaders, and our moms LOVE them. Thanks to their dedication, you will be able to attend classes up to FIVE days a week! With a $55 monthly membership, you're paying less than $2.20 per class to exercise while spending time with your little one(s)...now that's value!

We have so many different ways in which you can reach out and make some amazing friends- through class, play dates, Moms' Nights Out and more! The instructors and the moms should be congratulated on building this fitness program and developing a truly unique and genuine Mom Support Group. The moms in our Stroller Strides program are here to make changes in their fitness, but also to talk about their new babies, share stories, listen to advice and learn from each other.
As you work toward your personal fitness goals, I challenge all of you to step up your pace and really push yourself! I applaud you on your dedication and the loyalty and strength that you bring to this program every single day! Thank you!
Why Stroller Strides?
Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! I am always thrilled to have a new mom try out our class and tell me afterwards how pleasantly surprised she was...that the class was so challenging, yet so interactive with the little ones. Stroller Strides provides a 60 minute total body workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, flexibility and abdominal training. It's a great way to get in shape, have some fun and meet other moms, all while bonding with your little one(s). All stroller-aged children (ages 6 weeks and up) are welcome. You and your child will get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, sing familiar songs, and have a FUN time together. Be sure to view a sample class by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page!

What to Bring to Class
~Water bottle and snacks for your child(ren) ~Yoga mat or towel for abdominal work ~Comfortable athletic shoes and clothes you can layer since temperatures can vary ~Any sturdy stroller except for an umbrella stroller (for safety reasons) ~Sunscreen, if needed ~Consider keeping a 'Stroller Strides' bag always packed for your little one(s)...items such as a favorite snack, a sippy cup, books and a favorite toy or activity along with any comfort items, such as a blanket, pacifier, etc. will help ensure an extra-fun and special morning :)
*Please plan to arrive at class 10-15 minutes before start time as we wouldn't want to leave anyone behind!
Luna Moms Club
Stroller Strides is proud to partner with LUNA (the energy bar for women) in hosting the LUNA Moms Club. Our playgroups meet every Tuesday and Friday at various locations, and you do not need to be enrolled in a Stroller Strides class to join us. We offer monthly Moms' Nights Out events and quarterly Moms With A Mission community service projects. All Stroller Strides and Luna Moms Club activities are posted on our Meetup calendar. Please sign up for our Meetup.com group for instant access to our calendar of events. It's very quick, and it's absolutely free. The Meetup link is at the bottom of the page.
For more information from Luna, and to register for the Luna Moms Playgroup, simply click on the Luna link at the bottom of this screen. Membership is free, and they'll send you a welcome gift (a cute baby blue baseball cap, lip gloss, and Luna bars!) within 6-8 weeks of your registration.
