Welcome to all of our new and current moms, business partners and friends! Our instructors are moms, too! You will be able to attend classes up to five days a week. As you work toward your personal fitness goals, we want to help you to challenge yourself in passing your individual limits.
Amazing friendships develp in Stroller Strides. Attending class is one way but we also host playgroups and monthly Moms' Nights Out. In addition, we know that taking care of community is crucial to everyone's wellbeing so we have programs in place such as Moms with a Mission events (fundraising, helping those in need) and Meals for Moms (newly post-partum moms or those who just need a little extra help). The moms in our Stroller Strides program are here to make changes in their fitness, but also to talk about their new babies, share stories, listen to advice and learn from each other.
Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! I am always thrilled to have a new mom try out our class and tell me afterwards how pleasantly surprised she was...that the class was so challenging, yet so interactive with the little ones. Stroller Strides provides a 60 minute total body workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, flexibility and abdominal training. It's a great way to get in shape, have some fun and meet other moms, all while bonding with your little one(s). All stroller-aged children (ages 6 weeks and up) are welcome. You and your child will get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, sing familiar songs, and have a FUN time together. Join Cindy for a fun and invigorating way to begin your day!

~Water bottle and snacks for your child(ren)
~Yoga mat or towel for abdominal work
~Comfortable athletic shoes and clothes you can layer since temperatures can vary
~Any sturdy stroller except for an umbrella stroller (for safety reasons)
~Sunscreen, if needed
~Consider keeping a 'Stroller Strides' bag always packed for your little one(s)...items such as a favorite snack, a sippy cup, books and a favorite toy or activity along with any comfort items, such as a blanket, pacifier, etc. will help ensure an extra-fun and special morning :)
*Please plan to arrive at class 10-15 minutes before start time as we wouldn't want to leave anyone behind!
Stroller Strides is proud to partner with PLUM Organics in hosting the Plum Moms Club. We have a very active Plum Moms Club (powered by Stroller Strides) and would love for you to join us! Get connected in your community as you meet other moms and their children. It's social time for mom and play time for your little one! Our playgroups meet often; our calendar is always full.
