Body Back Plus 8 week Program

Pricing - $249 for non member $199 for SS member prices go up for January session. Next session begins November 8th. Prices include... before and after assessments, 2 workouts per week, full meal plan and food diary, online group/support and coaching, and Mama Wants workout video.

SS/ First free week

All first time SS participants will get a FREE ONE WEEK trial pass that can be used at any of our locations in Riverside. Register above at the 'Click here for a free class'.

SS/ One-Time Joining Fee

Each of our below packages have a one-time joining fee of $75. See below, under ongoing discounts offered, if you can qualify for a discount on this fee.

SS Monthly Membership-- $55

BEST VALUE! This package gives you unlimited classes SS at any of our locations in Riverside. This is a perfect package for the mom who wants to get into a regular fitness routine. The membership is month to month, dues are on a monthly EFT, 30 day cancel policy required, and the one-time $75 joining fee applies. DAD IS ALWAYS FREE!!! (with a paying member).

SS/ Single Class Pass-- $15

This pass allows you to attend one class. It expires in 6 months of purchase. No registration fee is required.

SS/ 10 Block Pass-- $110

This package allows you to attend 10 classes at any location. Expires in 6 months of purchase. No registration fee is required with this package, bands will need to be purchased for $20/set or $10/each.

SS Ongoing/discounts offered

Join on your first day of class and you will get $25 off the one-time $75 joining fee.....Join with a friend and you will each get 1/2 off the one-time $75 joining fee...School district employees get 1/2 off the one-time $75 joining fee..... Military families get 1/2 off the one-time $75 joining fee. If you refer a new mom to either our SS or BB programs you will get a $10 referral credit. Be sure to check below under announcements for any monthly specials we may be having.
