WHAT IS BODY BACK ???
Body Back is an eight week results based workout/meal plan program designed specifically for moms of all ages! Program includes before and after assessments, two HIIT (high intensity, interval training)workouts per week (no kids) in the beautiful outdoors, full meal plan and food diary, online coaching/support group, Mama Wants workout video series and resistant band to use at home.

WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES ???
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their baby/child in tow in the beautiful outdoors. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the stroller and outdoor environment. It also includes weekly organized playgroups, monthly Mom's Night Out and quarterly Moms with a Mission 'give back' to the community events.

Depending on your schedule, age of kids, or personal workout preference - pick the one that is a right fit for you. REMEMBER, BOTH PROGRAMS WERE CREATED TO HELP US MOMS MAKE STRIDES IN FITNESS, MOTHERHOOD AND LIFE!!!
All classes are taught by trained and certified fitness professionals who are also moms.

We never cancel our classes ahead of time due to the unpredictable weather in Southern California. Our instructors will always show up for class and then make the decision if weather is a concern. Classes held at Orange Terrace park will either be held inside or under the overhand behind the library. Text messages and e-mails will no longer go out.
