Looking for an evening class where you are accountable to a team in the success of some weight loss and muscle gain? Our new Lean Mommy class is what you have been waiting for. The class consists of a weigh-in once a week with measurements taken periodically over a 7 week period. It is followed by a 45min circuit class that you do with a group that will change throughout the session and that you are accountable too. Cost of this session is $63 for new members and $56 for returning Lean Mommies. Please register by using the more info button on the class description. Next session will start Monday July 6th at Homma Elementary at 7:30pm.
