The Strength for Motherhood - Our Programs

WHAT IS BODY BACK?
Body Back is an eight week results based workout/meal plan program designed specifically for moms of all ages!
Program includes:
- Before and after assessments
- Two HIIT (high intensity, interval training)workouts per week (no kids) INDOORS
- Full meal plan and food diary
- Online coaching/support group
- Mama Wants workout video series
- Resistant band to use at home
(Eight week results based program)

WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES?
Are you a new mom? Do you want to get back in shape? Do you want to meet other moms and have fun? Then Stroller Strides is for you!
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms and their babies. The classes are comprised of a warm-up and a 50-minute power walk, with stops for body toning using the stroller, the outdoors and exercise tubing. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and occupy baby while mom gets her workout. It also includes weekly organized playgroups, monthly Mom's Night Out and quarterly Moms with a Mission 'give back' to the community events. Give Stroller Strides a try! Your first week of classes is FREE!

Depending on your schedule, age of kids, or personal workout preference - pick the one that is a right fit for you. REMEMBER, BOTH PROGRAMS WERE CREATED TO HELP MOMS MAKE STRIDES IN FITNESS, MOTHERHOOD AND LIFE!

All classes are taught by trained and certified fitness professionals who are also moms.

MAKE The Time

It’s time to change your mindset from IF I will workout today to WHEN I will workout today. Your time to train needs to be treated as an appointment you would not break. Think of it as a very important person who has scheduled a meeting with you and you wouldn’t dream of cancelling on them. YOU have to be that important! I am fully aware that when you haven’t been active before, it is tough to suddenly change your way of thinking…it will be a day-to-day transition but stay focused. To my fellow moms, your commitment to your workouts is especially important. The main reason is for your sanity! Be a little “selfish” and treat the body that created your amazing children with care and love. Most of your day is spent caring for them but when did you put a fraction of the attention you give your children towards yourself? If it changes your focus, think about how working out is for your kids…they get a more patient, relaxed and happier mom when you care for yourself!

Registration Specials

Join Stroller Strides on your first visit during the month of January and save almost $55 on your one time registration fee, normally $75, by paying only $20.12. ~ Don't forget, your first week is free, so come try a class with no obligation!

What to Bring

Bring your stroller (any stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping!), water, sunblock for you and your baby, a mat/towel/blanket for our ground exercises, snacks, and any toys that might help your child during the workout. And don't forget to bring a smile!

Weather Concerns

In cases of inclement weather, classes will be held at Ontario Mills Mall on the corner of 4th Street and Milliken Ave. We meet at the mall entrance near Marshall's on the northwest corner of the mall. If you can't make it at 9 AM, walk in the direction of the Food Court and you should run into us! For any questions, please call (909) 519-7699.

Memorial Day: Monday, May 28th
Independence Day: Wednesday, July 4th
Labor Day: Monday, September 3th
Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 22nd
