Meet at large shelter, near path to lake (enter on Laura Duncan Road, drive all the way in past tennis courts & park at end). Bring to class: A yoga mat or towel, water and sun protection for you and your little one.

Monthly Membership - $55/month

Our BEST VALUE! Membership includes unlimited classes at any location, as well as your own exercise tubing, Stroller Strides t-shirt, and tote bag. One-time $75 registration fee required. (No annual contract required.) Less than $3 per class!

6 months of membership - $300

6 Months of Membership (regularly $55/month) for just $300! Good for unlimited classes for 6 months. $75 one-time registration fee required for new Members.

Bi-weekly Class Pass - $175

Up to two classes per week at any location, for three months. Approx $7.30 per class.

10 Class Pass - $110

Attend any 10 classes within a 3-month period. $11 per class.

Working Moms 10 Class Pass- Saturdays only, $110

Similiar to the standard 10-Class Pass, but for Saturdays only, and you have 4 months to use it instead of 3.

Teachers Pass, $250

Annual pass for teachers to use during summer vacation, holiday breaks, track-outs, etc.

Single Class - $15

Good for one class at any location.

Body Back - $199 intro pricing

8-week results focused workout program for moms of any age. Includes high intensity, interval workouts, before and after fitness assessments, nutrition, motivational coaching and support, resulting in weight loss, increased strength and energy.
