Due to the warm weather and requests from our members-- BOTH classes will move outdoors on Wed, 2/1!
Both will be at Apex Community Park (aka Lake Pine), 2200 Laura Duncan Rd. Drive all the way in on the main road, past the tennis courts to where the parking lot ends, meet at large shelter.
Two class times to choose from:
9:30am OR
10am
Stay after and play on the playground after either class! Feel free to bring a picnic lunch.
We are excited to launch the newest workout program for moms from the creator of Stroller Strides, "Body Back" (as in.."Mama Wants her Body Back"!)
Body Back is a results based workout program for moms of any age. It includes high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, nutrition, motivational coaching and support, resulting in weight loss, increased strength and energy. (Workouts are WITHOUT children).
Our sessions begin Jan 30th. We have options at 5:45am, 9:30am, and 6pm. For full details visit:

Whether you just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, our program will help any mom get her body back!
Stroller Strides of Raleigh holds workouts year-round, moving indoors for the most part Dec-Feb.
Starting Mon DEC 5TH, we will offer classes 6 days/week, Mon-Sat, at Cary Towne Center mall at 9:30am. Park/enter at Food Court, meet at Center Court near Macy's. (If there is an occasional day that will be much warmer than our 45 degree cut-off at class time we will try to move outdoors.)
We'll also offer a once/week outdoor option at Lake Pine/Apex Community Park, on Wednesdays, for those who want to brave colder temps.
We move back outdoors regularly in March.
After the success of our popular "Running Mamas" 5 and 10k training programs, we are excited to begin offering Half Marathon Training this winter/spring! Train for either the Raleigh Rocks Half on April 1st, or Inside Out Half on May 20th. Details at:

Looking for a way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your child? Stroller Strides may be just what you’re looking for—come out and try it for free!
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their baby or stroller-age child. The hour-long workout includes power walking and intervals of body toning, using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by nationally certified instructors who are trained in pre- and post-natal fitness, it's a great workout for any fitness level.
Pregnant? Stroller Strides is for you too! Our Instructors are certified in pre- and post-natal fitness and are trained to offer modifications for all stages of pregnancy.
In addition to providing a great full body workout for moms, we engage the children throughout our classes through songs and activities, keeping baby entertained while mom exercises. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age that they’ll stay in a stroller (usually about 4 years old).
Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Don't put it off any longer... come join all the Stroller Strides fun!

- Comfortable walking shoes and exercise appropriate clothing
- Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping
- Water
- Towel or mat for abs and stretching
- A hat and/or sunscreen for you and your little one (for outdoor classes)
- Baby/kid essentials including snacks and/or toys for your little ones
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to the start time of each class. We don't want to leave anyone behind!
Classes will either be moved indoors due to heavy rain or extreme temperatures. Class changes due to the weather (or other last-minute changes) will be posted as a voicemail message at 888-389-0701, option 3, as well as on our website, no later than one hour before class.

Meet at Center Court (park/enter at Food Court, meet just past food court in center area)
Classes at mall will always be:
9:30-10:30am (note time difference from fall class time)
We are now offering regular Saturday classes. This is a great option for working moms as well as stay-at-home moms interested in a weekend workout or activity. Dads are welcome to join too on Saturdays, no additional charge!
