With immediate effect all indoor classes held at JCCRI will begin at 8.30am.
JCC 5k and Free run clinics
Celebrate your awesome strength and join the Stroller Strides Moms and babies for a really fun, local 5k. This event is stroller friendly and is a running or walking event.

Entry fee is $20 before Sept 8, $25 after.
No matter what your fitness background and age of your baby, you are all fit and healthy enough to walk this event. It is about taking part with your baby and your Stroller Strides friends. It is about doing something just for you as well as challenging your new post-partem body. But most of all it's about celebrating you, your strength and your health as a Mom.
It's a ton of fun - lots of the Stroller Strides Mamas did this event with their babies last year and we had a blast!
Free run clinics will be held throughout August to prepare you for the 5k. We will focus on the 5k course route, run techniques and forming a race plan. These clinics are free and open to all fitness levels - walkers and runners.
First class is always FREE - come try it out!

Join us on the beautiful East Bay Bike Path for a fab workout with your baby.
Classes held on Tuesday 9.15am, Friday 9am and alternate Saturdays at 9am.
