All classes will be held OUTSIDE from Mon 2 April.
If weather is yucky, class will be held at Rhode Runner. Any changes will be posted here and on Facebook by 7.30am day of class.

New INDOOR location

With immediate effect, all INDOOR classes will now be held at Rhode Runner store, 657 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904

Girls on the Run 5k / June 2nd / 9am

Lace up your shoes, girls! Shape Up RI, the award-winning Rhode Island wellness campaign, and Girls on the Run Rhode Island, a non-profit program that encourages healthy lifestyles among preteen girls, are partnering for a 5K (3.1 miles) walk/run event on Saturday June 2, 2012. The event will begin at 9:00 AM at The Temple to Music at Roger Williams Park. The 5K is open to the public—women, men, girls and boys are welcome to participate.
