Single Class Pass- 15.00

This class pass gives you one class.

Ten Block Class Pass - 110.00

This class pass gives you 10 classes for $110. This pass expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

Two-Class Pass- 177.00

This class pass gives you two classes per week for three months. Expires three months from date of purchase.

TRI-Class Pass- 198.00

This class pass gives you three classes per week for three months. This pass expires three months from date of purchase.

Monthly Membership

The monthly membership option gives you unlimited classes for a one time 85.00 registration fee and $56.00 per month. Your first month is pro-rated from the date of purchase.

Equipment fee - $20

This provides class pass holders with two exercise tubes to be used in Stroller Strides classes and at home. The equipment fee is included with the monthly memberships.

Daddy Pass- $5

This pass allows dads to come to class for $5. Dads are free on Friday's and Saturday's when they come with mom.

Body Back - $300

An 8-week results based bootcamp designed for moms only. Includes before and after fitness assessments, food journal, meal plans, DVDs, and resistance tubing.
