Stroller Strides is a total fitness class where mom can workout with her baby. It consists of a power walk or run, combined with body toning exercises using tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age. Please have doctor's permission before starting this program or any other exercise.
Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape and meet other new moms. We offer classes throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Therefore, we challenge you to meet your fitness goals and join us at class.
What is Body Back?
It is a results based workout program for moms of any age. Inspired by the Mama Wants Her Body Back video series, it offers high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a diet program, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. You will see that anything is possible!

Have you ever dreamed of running a 5K? What about a 10K? Higher goals perhaps of a half marathon or a full marathon?

Are you unable to make it to Stroller Strides or a Body Back class? Are you seeing the results you want? Now you can receive personal training from one of our certified exercise instructors - one on one! This is a GREAT opportunity to find a personal and custom workout routine that suits you! We can show you how to turn your home into a gym without any additional special equipment. We can train you with or without your kids.
We will come to your home and perform a personal assessment and personalized program designed to get you on track. Evening and weekend sessions are available in most areas.
