Description:

Fit4Baby prenatal classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, stretching and balancing exercises. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. We meet in the Zone room. Bring water and a mat/towel. First class is free!

Monthly Membership - $50 per month

Unlimited classes at Pearland location. Registration fee: $65 (includes a reusable tote, member t-shirt, exercise tubing and water bottle)

Limited Membership- $38 per month

attend up to two classes per calendar week. Registration fee: $65 (includes reusable tote,member t-shirt, exercise tubing and water bottle)

Saturday Pass-$28/month

ANY one class per calendar week at Pearland locations. Registration fee: $65 (includes reusable tote, exercise tube, member t-shirt and water bottle

10 Block Pass - $100

This package gives you 10 classes which can be used at any time. Expires 6 months from date of purchase.

Single Class - $15

Single class pass

5K running program- $100

8 week 5K running training program. $20 Discount available for Stroller Strides members. Referral discounts are also available so bring your friends.

Payments and Refund Policy

Please choose your package carefully. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. Memberships must be paid with credit/debit cards. All other packages may be paid with VISA, Mastercard, cash or checks.
