Body Back has arrived in Pearland! Body Back is a high intensity results based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether you just had a baby recently or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get their body back. Most importantly, it will help you unlock your personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. We are currently holding maintenance classes on Tuesdays at 5:35 a.m.at the Pearland Rec Center through January 17th and any mom is welcome. Pay by the class! We are excited to hold our Fit4Baby classes to the brand new Pearland Rec Center. It is a beautiful facility and perfect for Fit4Baby. We meet upstairs in the spinning/yoga room. Childcare is available for $5/child. If you are a member of the Rec Center, child care is included.

We are not just a walk in the park! Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing (that we provide) and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it is a great workout for any fitness level. It's a ton of fun and a great way to connect with other moms.
All you need is you, your baby and a stroller. Just about any kind of stroller will do as long as it's not prone to tipping (no umbrella strollers please). Bring water, a hat or sunblock for both you and your baby, and a towel/mat for ground exercises.
Our first priority is the happiness of your baby, so don't worry if yours gets fussy. We will do our very best to make the class enjoyable for both you and your baby.
Refer a friend! Referral discounts are ongoing. Current Stroller Strides members earn referral credits when the friends you refer sign up for a membership or package!
Fit4Baby are mom only prenatal classes. Our one hour workouts are interval based, combining cardiovascular, strength, balancing and stretching exercises. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom. We want to help you be FIT FOR MOTHERHOOD!
Looking for classes in another area of Houston? Stroller Strides is also offered in Northwest Houston and Lake Jackson!
Classes will be moved indoors to the Pearland Rec Center gymnasium for heavy rain or extreme temperatures. A location change will be posted to the website 45 minutes before class and you can also call 800-830-0963, option 2 for the weather line. If nothing is posted, class will meet outdoors as usual.
