Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout using the stroller, the environment and resistance tubes, all while your child comes along for the ride. We make it fun for the kiddos as we sing, tickle, and play games with them. In addition to a great workout, you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers Luna Moms Club(at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events.

Please arrive to class 10-15 minutes before the start time. Bring a mat, towel or blanket for ground exercises and plenty of water to drink throughout class. When outside, bring sunscreen or sunwear for you and baby. While we can be quite entertaining, we recommend bringing a special bag of toys/activities for your child that is saved for "stroller time".
