Stroller Strides Program
In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe
workout that will have you feeling energized and
looking fit! Classes are designed for all different
fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors
who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently post
partum or pregnant, the ONLY requirement is that you supply a doctor's approval to participate
in an exercise program. Our program also offers a LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that
consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special
