Plum Mom's Club Playgroup Information

Stroller Strides Oceanside is proud to offer Plum Mom's Club playgroups. These playgroups are open to all moms, whether they attend Stroller Strides classes or not. Be sure to sign up to be a member of the Plum Mom's Club. Just click on a class and register! The best part is it's FREE to join! The playgroup captain sets up a mom's night out once a month too. This is a great chance for moms to get to know each other better. We welcome you to come join us at any of our locations and have some fun!!!

What is Body Back?

Body Back® is the newest program release from Stroller Strides' founder Lisa Druxman. It's a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

Things To Know

• Arrive 10-15 minutes EARLY. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time.
• BRING: Water, sunscreen, towel/blanket/mat for abs and stretching, happy baby goodies like snacks and toys

Rainy Day/Inclement Weather Plan

Here in sunny So Cal, bad weather is hardly a problem! If weather seems to be severe and/or unsafe (pouring rain, high winds, extreme heat), there will be an announcement on the Facebook fan page that class is cancelled no later than 1 hour prior to class. Class will still be held in light drizzle if the sidewalks are safe to walk and push a stroller on. Please be sure to dress the kids warmly, and bring a rain shield for your stroller.

Payment and Refund Policy

Please choose your package wisely; there are no refunds! Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the franchise they were purchased. Packages can be purchased at any of our classes from the instructor. We accept credit cards, checks and cash.

If you are a current member and would like to cancel or place your membership on hold, please click on the link below entitled "Membership Change Form" to process your request. Complete the change form no later than the last day of the month prior to the month you want to change your status. Please refer to the "Membership Policies" link below or email carrie@strollerstrides.net if you have any other questions regarding your membership.
