Class Packages
Body Back Program
$300 regular, $200 for current Stroller Strides member or returning Body Back member, $150 GRAND OPENING ONE-TIME SPECIAL to first 10 moms to sign up by 7/12!!! Prices include... before and after assessments, 2 workouts per week, full meal plan and food diary, online group/support and coaching, Mama Wants workout videos and resistant band for at home workouts.

Single Class- $15
One Stroller Strides Class.

Unlimited Class Pass $40 per month
Unlimited classes per month. One time registration fee of $50 Includes exercise tubing. *Best Value - less than $2 a class!*

10-Block Class Pass-$100
Valid for 6 months. ($10/Class) Pass holders should also purchase their own set of SPRI tubes, $20 for the set of 2 tubes. $10 per class

TWO CLASS PASS - $125
Enjoy 2 classes per week for 3 months. ($5.21/class) Pass holders should also purchase their own set of SPRI tubes, $20 for the set of 2 tubes.

Teacher Vacation Pass-$225.00
For all teachers and education personnel with valid i.d.- classes for summer vacation, December, February and April Vacation. Also includes Saturday classes. Payment for the pass can be paid all at once or divided into 3 payments of $75.

Military Discount
A discount 50% off of the registration fee applies to military with a valid military I. D.

Refunds
Please choose your class package carefully as no refunds will be issued after payment has been made.

WHAT IS BODY BACK ???
Body Back is an eight week results based workout/meal plan program designed specifically for moms of all ages! Program includes before and after assessments, two HIIT (high intensity, interval training)workouts per week (no kids) in the beautiful outdoors, full meal plan and food diary, online coaching/support group, Mama Wants workout video series and resistant band to use at home.

WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES ???
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their baby/child in tow in the beautiful outdoors. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the stroller and outdoor environment. It also includes weekly organized playgroups, monthly Mom's Night Out and quarterly Moms with a Mission 'give back' to the community events.
(Ongoing regular classes, month to month membership)

Depending on your schedule, age of kids, or personal workout preference - pick the one that is a right fit for you. REMEMBER, BOTH PROGRAMS WERE CREATED TO HELP US MOMS MAKE STRIDES IN FITNESS, MOTHERHOOD AND LIFE!!!

All classes are taught by trained and certified fitness professionals who are also moms.

Fitness For Mom, Fun For Baby!
Stroller Strides is the country’s largest fitness program for new moms. Classes offer a 60 minute total body workout that combines cardio bursts and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing.

It’s a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with your baby. In addition to the classes, Stroller Strides offers Luna Mom Clubs with fun playgroup activities and community offerings.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:
-Sturdy walking shoes.
-Water for you and baby.
-A jacket or blanket in case baby gets chilly.
-Snacks.
-Sunscreen.
-A yoga mat or large towel (for mat work).
-A stroller. A jogging stroller is not required, but please NO umbrella strollers for safety reasons.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All tots that are walkers must stay in your stroller during the Stroller Strides class. This is for their safety and to allow you to get the most out of your workout. As mothers we understand the needs of your baby comes first and we do our best to help you accomidate to their needs while offering you a great workout. Babies and tots ARE allowed out of the stroller at the end of class.


Weather Policy
Rain/Extreme Heat/Snow Policy: When rain/thunder or extreme temperatures are an issue you will be advised by e-mail by 8 a.m. through our meetup.com as to whether class will be held indoors. Our indoor location is the Crystal Mall. We meet on the Upper Level in front of JCPenny.
