Stroller Strides with Papoose Grand Opening
Join Papoose as we welcome Stroller Strides to our line-up of exciting offerings for moms, babies and kids. Plan to attend the Grand Opening of Stroller Strides at Mohegan Park, Friday, May 16 at 9 a.m. Registration begins at 9 a.m., then take a FREE Stroller Stides class from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Come ready to excercise with other moms and have a great time. Stroller Strides is Power Walking and intervals of body toning using two levels of exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by Certified Stroller Strides Instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser.
Whether you are pregnant, newly post partum or a veteran fitness buff, Stroller Strides classes are for you! So come and try the largest growing stroller fitness class in the country. Dads, Grandparents, or anyone caring for baby are also welcome!!!
LUNA MOMS CLUB PLAYGROUP: A free, fun, and entertaining playgroup for moms, babies and tots will take place immediatley after Stroller Strides class every Monday. 10:30- 11:45 a.m. _________________________________________________________________________________
What to bring to class:
-Water for you and baby. -A jacket or blanket in case baby gets chilly. -Snacks. -Sunscreen. -A yoga mat or large towel (for ab workout). -A stroller. A jogging stroller is not required, but please NO umbrella strollers for safety reasons.

Stroller Strides with Papoose is looking for great instructors! Are you a a MOM that has a PASSION for FITNESS? Then a career as a Stroller Strides instructor might be the part-time job (your're able to do with your kids) that you've been looking for. We need motivated and fun, certified (ask us how to get certified) instructors to teach Stroller Strides classes in the greater Norwich/Colchester area.
