NEW BOOTCAMP CLASS Tuesdays at McAllister Park -Starts July 7th
Stroller Strides of North San Antonio is now offering a Bootcamp class at McAllister park on Tuesdays. These classes will be a more intense and advanced 75 minute version of our current interval based Stroller Strides classes. We will meet at the main playscape nearest to the Jones Maltsberger entrance. Our Bootcamp Classes will begin July 7th.
NEW RUNNING CLASS Thursdays at McAllister Park- Starts July 9th
Stroller Strides of North San Antonio is now offering a Running class at McAllister Park. These classes will provide encouragement and motivation for anyone interested in reaching new running goals. It is for all running levels. If you are interested in training for your first 5K or your first Marathon, this class is for you. We will focus on many topics including proper form, injury prevention, and shoe selection. Our first class will be held July 9th.
Specialty Class
Our specialty class for this month will be a Boot Camp Class. This class will consist of more body toning exercises with less cardio. Our Boot Camp class will be held Thursday June 18th.

Inclement Weather Policy
Class will be moved indoors for rain or a wind chill under 40 degrees. In the event of inclement weather we will meet at our North Star Mall Location. You will receive a Meet Up email or you can call 1-800-279-7430 for updates.
