There will be no classes on Monday, September 6th in honor of Labor Day.

Starting Tuesday, September 7th, all of our outside class locations will begin at 9:30AM until we head inside for the Winter (usually around November 1st). The Mall location hours stay the same, beginning at 9:00AM.

Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class is 60 minutes and consists of power walking with intervals of body toning. We welcome babies as young as 6 weeks. All strollers, except umbrella strollers, will work fine for workouts. Please remember to bring water and a towel/mat for abdominals.

Please call 800-610-2074 the morning of class, if the weather looks even slightly questionable, to see if class has been cancelled. A message will be posted by 8:00am, not earlier. Class will be cancelled if Danbury Schools have been cancelled or if the weather is causing hazardous weather conditions.
