Facebook Raffle
Like Stroller Strides Norfolk on Facebook, and join us our Facebook Raffle.
During the month of February, we will pose mom-related questions for you on Facebook. Every time you answer a question, you will receive an entry into our first-ever Facebook Raffle. At the end of the month, a name will be drawn for a special prize. The more you talk, the more chances you have to win. Enjoy the conversation!
What is Special About Our Program...
Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head-to-toe total body workout while your child comes along for the ride. This is a great program for any level of exerciser.
In addition to a great workout, you will meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers Luna Moms Playgroup weekly (at no additional cost), moms night out activities and special community events. Your first class is always free so try us out. Don't put it off any longer... come join all the Stroller Strides fun!
Why I love Stroller Strides...
"When we moved down here to Norfolk, Henry was three months old and I still looked like I was 4 months pregnant, nothing fit and I was depressed and just wanted to eat. Then one day I was taking Henry and my dog for a walk and this crazy lady chased me down and offered a Stroller Strides class to me. I've never heard of such a class but decided to give it a try since my husband was deployed and "what could it hurt".
About a year later, I've lost 10 lbs, fit into all my pre Henry clothes (and they are even loose), dropped 8 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my arm and 2 inches from my thigh. I could have not done this without the love and support of the awesome mom's (and Lynn) from Stroller Strides. Not only do I feel and look great, I have gained life long friends!"
Inclement Weather Policy
Classes will be moved inside MacArthur Center if the temperature is over 90 degrees or under 45 degrees at the start of class, a Heat Advisory has been issued, or there is heavy rain. Classes inside MacArthur Center will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the first floor next to the central bank of elevators. Please check the website or call (800) 526-9652 to check the location of class during inclement weather. Decisions about class location will be made one hour before class time.
