OUR PROGRAM
These classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently postpartum or pregnant, the only requirement is that you supply a doctor's approval to exercise.
The program also offers the LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. WHAT TO BRING:
- Water
- Towel or Blanket for abs and stretching
- A hat and/or sunscreen
- Baby essentials including snacks and or toys for your little ones
Fashion Island Classes Temporarily Moved
Classes begin MONDAY February 22 at Fashion Island. We meet in front of lululemon athletica (across from Neiman Marcus). Classes will be held MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at Fashion Island and TUESDAY and THURSDAY at Newport Ridge.

WEATHER POLICY
Classes will be held in light drizzle or mist. Unless the weather is clearly severe or unsafe, an Instructor will always be there to teach class. In the event class is canceled, an e-mail will go out and this website will be updated. When in doubt, please call 323-595-0001.
