Description:
Located in the heart of Cool Springs, A Game Sportsplex, formerly Southern Ice Arena, has been completely renovated with over 60,000 sq. feet of space.

Unlimited classes each month ($2.50 per class). A $75 registration fee gets you the monthly membership, a Stroller Strides T-shirt, a set of exercise bands, a membership card, and a membership bag full of beneficial information and coupons.

Up to 3 classes per week for three months ($4.86 per class).

This pass gets you 10 classes for $11.00 per class.

A single class pass for $12.00.
|

This allows teachers ONLY to attend classes with all membership benefits during the summer, winter, spring and fall breaks, as well as school holidays. This pass is only $200 for the entire year! A copy of a valid school ID and a current school calendar must be provided. Pay four monthly installments of $50, plus a one time $75 registration fee (receive $25 off of the registration fee if you join at your first class) OR pay in full and pay NO registration fee!

Fit4Baby Classes are Ongoing, Join us at ANY time!
New pre-natal fitness program just for mom! Prepare for labor with cardio, strength, core, and balance exercises. You can begin at any time during your pregnancy. Tuesdays/Thursday at 6:30 PM, Saturdays at 9:30 AM. A Game in Cool Springs (215 Gothic Ct.)

March is Member Appreciation Month!
We appreciate you at Stroller Strides! In March, every Friday, there will be drawings for prizes! Members will also enjoy a FREE Zumba/Stroller Strides fusion class this Month. Non-members can join us for $10. Class will be Friday, March 19th at A Game in Cool Springs!

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, spirits, and bodies. LUNA Moms Club was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips, and most importantly laughter. Support and connect with other like-minded moms by participating in weekly Playgroup Activities, monthly Moms' Nights Out, and Mommies with a Mission.

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout all while your child comes along for the ride. In addition to a great workout, you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events.
