Franklin/Cool Springs: A Game Sportsplex (215 Gothic Ct, Franklin, 37067)Monday-Saturday at 9:30 AM and Tuesday evening at 5:30 PM.
No Class: Tuesday, 2/2 at 5:30 PM and Saturday 2/13

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, spirits, and bodies. LUNA Moms Club was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips, and most importantly laughter. Support and connect with other like-minded moms by participating in weekly Playgroup Activities, monthly Moms' Nights Out, and Mommies with a Mission.

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout all while your child comes along for the ride. In addition to a great workout, you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events.
