Class location will be udpated on the weather line at 800.310.8209 by no later than 8am on the day of class. General guidelines are that we will be outdoors if it's forecasted to be between 50 and 82 degrees at start time, and dry.

- Water bottle
- Snacks for you and baby (drink for baby)
- Sunscreen for you and baby
- Yoga mat or large towel (for ab workout)
- Stroller (umbrella strollers not recommended; does not need to be a jogger)
