Stroller Strides classes offer MUCH more than a walk in the park. Our mom-centric sessions are taught by certified instructors/moms (Beth and Linnea), and consist of power walking AND body toning stations using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. What a great way to get in shape, spend time with Baby, and meet other new moms! Do a FREE trial class and see what you've been missing!

Stroller Strides classes frequently incorporate our weekly LUNA Moms playgroup themes to create additional entertainment/excitement for the kids (and moms too). We also have special holiday themed classes, classes with kids' music, women who rock, butts & guts, little black dress workout, fun Friday class, manic Monday classes, summer water classes, and family classes 1/quarter. Sessions will still be the usual intensity (if not even more!) but we'll have some specific activities/interaction with the kids following the playgroup subject theme (and maybe some extra too!). It's a good way to keep things fresh and interesting and a lot of fun for the kids! Try your first free class on a Wednesday and checkout the class and LUNA Moms Playgroup too!
