WELCOME TO STROLLER STRIDES MIDPENINSULA

Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time. Our classes are taught by certified instructors who are also moms and are designed for all fitness levels for both moms who are prenatal and postnatal (with Doctors approval). Each class includes a Power Walk / Run with body toning intervals. The classes are an hour long, with the last 10 minutes focusing on abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age!

Your first WEEK of classes is free*! For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to starting time. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the link that says, "Register Here," to streamline your first class experience. :)

Dads are welcome to join our Saturday class for FREE!

Some of our regular classes include:
-"100s" - Six basic exercises done 5 times, 20 reps each time - done on the day closest to the 1st of the month to help you measure your progress and push yourself to get stronger.
-"Abtastic" - Focus on your abs so that mommy tummy melts away. Though we always include ab work in our workouts, this one is especially designed to include the core in nearly every exercise - done in the third week of the month.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS?

-Water bottle &/or snack for your baby
-Yoga mat or towel
-Tennis shoes
-Sturdy stroller (does not need to be a jogging stroller)
-Sunscreen for you and your little one
-For cold days, something to keep your little one bundled and warm

PAYMENT METHODS**

Your first WEEK of classes is FREE*! For additional class passes, we accept cash or checks in person. We also accept PayPal payments. To pay through PayPal, on the Class Schedule click "More Info," choose the Class Package that best fits your needs, and click on "Order Now."

It’s simple - Get a friend or family member to join Stroller Strides and get a discount on your classes! You will receive a 10% discount on your next pass package for every friend who purchases a Stroller Strides pass package.

RAIN CANCELLATION POLICY

Class will be cancelled only when weather conditions appear hazardous. Classes are NOT cancelled for light rain or drizzle. Instructors will be available to teach on these days. If a class is cancelled, you can either be notified through the Facebook Page (see the link at the top of the advertisement column) or by a voicemail message both of which will be posted 30 minutes before class time, at (888) 726-8615. There are no credits for rain days.

TRAIN FOR A 5K, 10K OR TRIATHLON

Owner and instructor, Sara Mooser,loves to run. If you are interested in getting information on how to train for a race, whether it be running, swimming or triathlon, Sara is happy to help you prepare or give you tips and ideas.

When purchasing classes or product, please note that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS! Class passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Prices are subject to change without notice. Thank you.
