Class Location

Tuesday, May 22, 2012, class will be held at the Natick Mall 9:30am. We will meet upstairs by PF Changs. Bring water and a mat for abs!

What is Stroller Strides??

Stroller Strides® is NOT a stroll in the park or mall... IT IS however, a total fitness program that moms can do with their children. It includes power walking/ running and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. It is a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Our program offers moms the opportunity to meet other moms, provide fun weekly playgroups for their children and babies, and create lasting friendships all while conditioning your body for great health and maintenance.

We offer several class locations, styles and intensity levels. As always, your first class is FREE!

Winter/Spring Schedule

Join us during school vacation weeks:
February 20-24 and April 17-20

Inclement Weather Policy

Inclement Weather Policy: Class cancellations will follow school cancellations in the area. We will update the website (http://classes.strollerstrides.net/metrowestboston) and 888-514-2455 by 7:30am if class needs to be moved inside or cancelled.
