Evening Classes

We are so excited about adding another session of evening classes to our Stroller Strides schedule this spring in Allen. It is for 8 weeks and starts April 24th and runs through June 14th with the possibility of extending that date (depending on the weather). Class time is from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Tuesday/Thursday. We would LOVE to have as many moms that are interested join us. You pay at the beginning of the session and the cost is $90 for the 8 weeks plus a $25 registration fee. Please let contact Leslie if you are interested, so we can get these classes going.

April Showers, Bring May Deals

Join in the month of May and get $25 off your registration fee (regularly $75) or join with a friend and split the registration fee!!

What is Stroller Strides?

Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby/toddler all at the same time. The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. Each class includes a power walk with body toning intervals using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. The classes are an hour long, with the last 10 minutes used for abs and stretching. Your first class is FREE and you can earn further free classes by introducing other new moms to the program. Inclement Weather Policy

Classes will possibly be moved indoors due to extreme weather conditions. If an indoor location is not available then class will be canceled. Please check the main number at 1-888-777-1941 and press option #3 by 8:30, if you are unsure of when the class location has changed or has been canceled.

INDOOR LOCATIONS: In McKinney classes are held at North Star Gymnastics and Cheer located at 9983 W. University Blvd. (Hwy 380). In Allen classes are held at Extreme Martial Arts located at 8404 Stacy Road.

Plum Moms Club

In addition to the classes, we are proud to host PLUM MOMS CLUBS, which are free playgroups for you and your baby. We offer playgroups/fieldtrips weekly, "Mom's Nights Out" once a month, and several community events throughout the year. You do not need to be a member of Stroller Strides to be a PLUM mom.
