Get a great workout in a warm, welcoming atmosphere and connect with other moms while baby rides along! Each class includes abs, cardio, toning and stretching. Bring water & a mat/towel for ground work. Your first class is FREE!

5 Class Pass - $65

5 Classes that can be used anytime over a six month period. No registration fee.

10 Class Pass - $110

10 Classes that can be used anytime over a six month period. No registration fee.

Membership Registration - $99

This applies to the purchase of the monthly membership only. There is no registration fee for single, 5 or 10 class passes. Members receive a set of resistance bands and a welcome kit. Sign up at your first class and receive half off your registration fee ($49)!

Teacher Pass

For all the teachers out there! Unlimited access to both the Lake Wilderness and Lake Meridian classes for your entire summer break! Lasts from when you get out of school to when you get back.
