Come join the fun! Following class once a week we have a mom's playgroup that is free and open to the public. Typically they take place on Fridays, but some weeks may change.

Membership - $50/month dues

BEST VALUE! This package gives you unlimited monthly classes. This is the perfect package for the mom who wants to get into a regular fitness routine. The membership is month to month, dues are monthly EFT, must complete cancellation paperwork to terminate membership, and a one-time $50 registration fee applies. 10 Block Pass - $100

This package gives you 10 classes over a 6 month period. Includes a welcome bag.

Drop-In Class Pass - $12

Come and try a class for the drop in rate of $12.
