Come join the fun! Following class once a week we have a mom's playgroup that is free and open to the public. Typically they take place on Fridays, but some weeks may change.

First Week Free

Come and try out Stroller Strides with your baby! Your first week is always FREE!!! See what the buzz is all about!

Membership - $50/month dues

BEST VALUE! This package gives you unlimited monthly classes. This is the perfect package for the mom who wants to get into a regular fitness routine. The membership is month to month, dues are monthly EFT, must complete cancellation paperwork to terminate membership, and a one-time $50 registration fee applies. That includes a welcome bag with exercise tubing. Please see Tonya or an instructor for more details.

10 Block Pass - $100

This package gives you 10 classes that you can use whenever it fits into your schedule.

Drop-In Class Pass - $12

Come and try a class for the drop in rate of $12.

Harbor Members - 10 Block Pass - $80.00

Harbor Athletic Club Members receive 10 block punch cards for a discounted rate! Please show valid proof of Harbor membership to an instructor to receive the discount.

Teacher Summer Pass - $100

Teachers can receive a summer pass which allows you to attend unlimited classes this summer at a great price!
