Once classes have started we will also hold weekly playgroups after class as well as a Moms Night Out!

What a great way to get back in shape after the summer break! Get back into your routine and join us for a great class for you and baby!

Every week and every month, we hold playgroups and Moms Night Out! These are great times for the mommies to meet and chat with the other mommies in your classes and a great time for the kids to be out of the stroller and interacting with all their friends! We truly encourage all of you to take advantage of these playdates for both the kids and the moms! If you want more information or do not know when your playgroups are, please email Tracy at tracy@strollerstrides.net.
