Description:
We meet at Play area by the food court. Enter the mall through the main mall entrance near Country Buffet and proceed to the court area. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. This will give us time to sign in and the kids time to blow off some steam on the climbing equipment. Bring water for you and baby, along with a mat or towel for abdominal work and stretching.
