NONE! We have outdoor, indoor, Firestone, Longmont, early and later classes- there is a class to fit your schedule and that of your child. Get off your bottom, no excuses!

Outdoor Classes- Since the weather can be sunny and 80's one day and the next a blizzard, please make sure to RSVP for all classes on our Meetup sites (Luna Moms or Stroller Strides of Longmont). I will cancel OR change the class to our indoor location (the Twin Peaks Mall) by 8am the day of class. So please check your Email in the AM before you head out for class if the weather looks iffy...

Firestone Classes- Tuesday classes will be moving to Firestone/Frederick on May 11th! Classes will be held at Harney Park at 9:15 am. If you are coming from Longmont, head East on Ken Pratt, cross I-25 and take a Right on Colorado. Harney Park is East of Colorado and you will be able to see the park from the street. Take a Left on Sable and turn Left onto Devonshire. The park will be on your left. We meet at the basketball court near the parking lot at 9:15 for warm up.

Wednesday Fun, Fitness and FREE MOVIES!- We will be moving back indoors to escape the heat on Wednesday mornings. Our Twin Peaks class will start at 8:45 and we will head to the Twin Peaks Mall free movie right after class. Twin Peaks is offering a G and PG movie at 10am every week. Our last class and a movie is on August 11th, we will be moving back outdoors for class on the 18th.

Luna Moms of Longmont and Moxie Moms Discount- We are happy to announce our partnership with LUNA MOMS of Longmont and Moxie Moms. These moms groups are a great way to meet new moms and celebrate the journey and challenges of motherhood. They all have great events every month and Moxie Moms even offers big discounts for local shops and activity centers all over Colorado. I am so excited to return to teaching Yoga! I am starting Prenatal Yoga classes in January at the Longmont United Hospital!

Classes will be every Thursday at 5:30pm and the cost is only $6 a class! I taught Prenatal Yoga all through my first pregnancy and was a student through my second- Prenatal Yoga is such a blessing! Not only did it give me more energy but it also was a time to connect with my baby while taking time in the presence of other mom's in a safe and nurturing environment.

The classes will be a combination of gentle poses/stretches perfect for you and your growing baby as well as strengthening poses to prepare you for the marathon of birth. You will learn how to de-stress your body from the natural changes that progress with each term while learning breathing and meditation techniques for birth. With tools such as balance balls, bolsters, wedges, weights, resistance bands, chairs and more, we will strengthen and stretch muscles, release tension and maintain good posture.

Beginners are welcome, no previous yoga experience is required. Please check with your doctor before starting this program.

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout all while your child comes along for the ride. All strollers are welcome except umbrella strollers. The program is best suited for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old. In addition to a great workout, you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events.
