Description:

This 7 week program is for beginners or anyone who wants to get back to running! Please RSVP if you have any interest in participating in this program and we will include you in our next training program. If this is your year to reach farther than you have before, this is your PERFECT opportunity!!! We invite everyone to join us-Stroller Striders, family and friends. Join us as we show off our Stroller Strides spirit, have fun, make new memories and accomplish new goals together! Program is offered as 7 week sessions only 3 times a year (Spring, Summer & Fall)

Single Class Pass - $17

One class at a time

5K Training Program

Train like a Mother! This program is for all levels and runs only 3 times a year. Beginners welcome! Family and friends welcome too! Contact AdeleArkin@strollerstrides.net for more information.

10 Class Pass - $130

10 classes for 6 months ($13 per class)

36 Class Pass - $360 or $324

For those who may be going back to work, are loyal to the program and want to have a bigger discount package here it is! Enjoy 36 classes within 9 months at only $10 a class. Teachers receive a 10% discount making it only $324: only $9 a class! (No registration fee)

1 Month Pass

Unlimited classes for 1 month (no registration fee)

Tully Park & Pool Pass

Come enjoy two classes a week, for 8 weeks and you'll also get a free swim pass on Thursdays after class. Cost $208 (only $13 a class) or $17 drop in. If you miss a class at this location, you can come to East Meadow, Merrick & Long Beach too.

3 Month Pass

Unlimited Classes for 3 months (no registration fee)

Specialty Classes

$90 per six week session or $170 per couple. Pre-registration required for these programs

Summer Fun Pass - $190

Mid June - End of August (No Registration Fee)

Monthly Membership - $75/ month

The monthly membership is just $75 /month for unlimited classes. Thats almost $5 a class. This pass includes an exercise tube, a welcome gift, 10% off Stroller Strides gear and exclusive discounts with our partners. Join on your 1st day and receive a discount.
